(the pilgrimage performed on behalf of someone else):

• A clear intention (niyyah) to perform Hajj on behalf of the designated person.

• Consent or authorization from the person who is unable to perform Hajj (if alive), or from their heirs (if deceased).

• Financial coverage for all costs of the pilgrim performing Hajj Badal (travel, accommodation, meals, fees).

• A qualified pilgrim who has already completed their own obligatory Hajj before performing Hajj for someone else.
  Completion of all Hajj rituals, including:
  (Ihram, Tawaf, Sa’i, Standing at Arafat, Muzdalifah, Rami al-Jamarat, Tawaf al-Ifadah, Other required acts)
