Here are 7 things typically included in Hajj al-Badal
(the pilgrimage performed on behalf of someone else):

A clear intention (niyyah) to perform Hajj on behalf of the designated person.

Consent or authorization from the person who is unable to perform Hajj (if alive), or from their heirs (if deceased).

Financial coverage for all costs of the pilgrim performing Hajj Badal (travel, accommodation, meals, fees).

A qualified pilgrim who has already completed their own obligatory Hajj before performing Hajj for someone else.
Completion of all Hajj rituals, including:
(Ihram, Tawaf, Sa’i, Standing at Arafat, Muzdalifah, Rami al-Jamarat, Tawaf al-Ifadah, Other required acts) -
Naming the person for whom the Hajj is being performed during the intention and throughout relevant supplications.
